Shiau Li's journey with Kosovo began as a traveler seeking off-the-beaten-path destinations. What she discovered was a country rich in natural beauty, warm hospitality, and untold stories waiting to be shared with the world.

Originally planning just a brief visit, Shiau Li found herself captivated by Kosovo's mountains, its emerging cultural scene, and most importantly, the resilience and optimism of its people. This connection transformed from a travel experience into a personal mission.

Now as co-founder of Perpara, Shiau Li dedicates her time to making Kosovo more accessible to international travelers and helping showcase the country's potential. She brings a unique perspective as someone who experienced Kosovo first as an outsider and now works to bridge that gap for others.

Her work focuses on developing travel initiatives, cultural exchange programs, and storytelling that authentically represents Kosovo's diversity and promise to global audiences.
